Abbad is an Entrepeneur and Trainer based in Colombo, Sri Lanka and Dubai, UAE. He is the Co-Founder of Ladder Global (Marketing Agency), Keen Cosmetics (Perfumes & Cosmetics) and Krafting Academy (Education Institute). He is also actively working in the tech space.
Before becoming a full time Entrepreneur in 2020, Abbad had previously worked for MNCs such as HSBC, Hayleys, Planlogic and SFL Tech. He has an MBA from the University of West London and a Bachelors of Marketing & International Business from the Edith Cowan University. He is also part-qualified in CIMA.
He has been a Marketing and Business English trainer for 3 years now. He has trained more than 300 professionals in marketing in co-ordination with RH Training, and also trained 300+ students in English with a past venture of his called Flair Academy. He has more than 500 hours of total training hours under his belt.
Abbad doesn’t believe in conventional books based education. He believes that education is much more dynamic and has to be fun and be applicale in the real world.
